PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the performance of a user interface by performing the image development processing of PDL image information (PDL data) described by page descriptive language in parallel. SOLUTION: An image processing system is constituted of color copying machines 120 and 121, this image processor 110 and host computers 101-103 and the respective devices are connected by a network 130. When the plural color copying machines 120 and 121 are normally operated, the status of one of the color copying machines or the image development status of the image processor 110 is displayed on the display panel of the image processor 110. When one of the color copying machines is turned to an error state, on the display panel of the image processor 110, information capable of specifying the color copying machine causing an error and the information of error contents are displayed. In the case that the plural color copying machines 120 and 121 are simultaneously turned to the error state, the information capable of specifying the color copying machine and the error contents are alternately displayed for the respective color copying machine. |
