PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give an indication to a desired equipment with simple operation by operating a part of the external view of an indicated equipment through a touch-panel means, and achieving the switching to the indication screen to set the action of a part to constitute a part of the external view of the operated equipment. SOLUTION: When a part 103 of an external view 102 of a digital copier indicated approximately in the center of a liquid crystal display part 100 is manipulated, the screen is switched to the mode setting screen of the digital copier corresponding to the position of the manipulated external view 102. For example, when the center part of the external view 102 is manipulated, the screen is switched to the double-sided copy mode setting screen. A part 103 of the external view 102 of the manipulated digital copier is left unchanged approximately in the center of the liquid crystal display part 100, and various setting keys on the double-sided copy mode are indicated on other area. When the double-sided copy mode is selected among the indicated keys, the icon to indicate the selected double-sided copy mode is indicated in a duplicated manner in the external view 102 of the digital copier. |
