PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain safety against short-circuiting danger and an improved measurement accuracy by supplying a decreased voltage that is obtained from a voltage where a middle electrode is applied to a voltage divider by an electric wire to a Pockels cell and at the same time constituting each insulation region with one homogeneous induction block. SOLUTION: An electrooptical sensor 10 is filled with a pressurized insulation gas 21 such as dry sulfur hexafluoride SF6 or nitrogen N2 and has, for example, a voltage divider 1 being arranged inside a metal shield enclosure 20. In the shield enclosure 20, a bottom surface 22 is connected to a ground 15. A frame 12, which is placed on a bottom surface 22, supports the voltage divider 1 inside the shield enclosure 20, and a Pockels cell 4 is provided inside. A conductor 13 touches the conductive surface of the electrooptical crystal of a middle electrode 5 and the Pockels cell 4 and the other conductive surface is connected to the ground 15. An electrical conductor 28 is arranged inside an insulator 25 and an armature 7 of an upper induction block 2 of the voltage divider 1 is connected to an electric wire being supported by the insulator 25.
|
