<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lock a hood and a connector with a lock having a controllable lock, and to prevent the generation of damage in a lock claw of a hood, of which strength is lower than that of the connector, by fixing them with an inertia lock, and forming thickness of a side, from which a lock claw of a hood is projected, thin, and forming length of the side large. SOLUTION: At the time of inserting a connector 16 into a hood 15 from over for fitting, a tip edge 22g of a lower horizontal surface 22f of a lock frame 22c of a part 22 to be locked firstly contacts with a lock claw 20 of the hood 15. With this contact, the lock frame 22c of the part 22 to be locked is deflected, while the lock claw 20 is a little deflected in the opposite direction with a side 15a of the hood 15. When the part 22 to be locked and the lock 20a are deflected and while the connector 16 is lowered more for insertion, a tip surface 22h of the lock frame 22c slides with a lower end edge 20c of an inclined surface 20a for lowering, and at a time when the tip surface 22h is removed from the lower end edge 20a, an upper horizontal surface 22e of the lock frame 22 is fitted so as to contact with the lower horizontal surface 20b of the lock claw 20.</p> |
