<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect phases with plural captures in plural timers by providing a first control means which simultaneously starts counting at least more than two counters in the plural timers. SOLUTION: The input waveforms of a clock a5 and a clock b15 are set to be equal. That a selector 32 selects STRa4 is set in SSR 31 and therefore the counter b12 refers to STRa4 as an operation content. The counter a2 and the counter b12 simultaneously start operations by setting STRa4 so that the operation is permitted. Thus, the phases of the pulses inputted to A16 and B6 are obtained by calculating a difference between the value of the counter n2, which the capture a3 takes in with the rise of the pulse inputted from A6 that desires to obtain the phase, and the value of the counter b12, which the capture b31 takes in with the rise of the pulse inputted from reference B16 for obtaining the phase.</p> |
