<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the amount of SF6 gas consumed, by filling sections separated by the gas, wherein devices are located that generate arcs when the circuit is opened and closed, with insulation gas which is a mixed gas of a specified amount of SF6 gas and nitrogen gas for the remaining part, and filling the other gas sections with the insulation gas which is a mixed gas of a specified range of SF6 gas and nitrogen gas for the remaining part. SOLUTION: Equipment, each constituting a breakers 31, a line disconnector 34, bus bar disconnectors 46a, 46b, ground switches 35a-35c, a cable head 39, bus bars 50a, 50b and other devices, are housed in respective containers and the containers housing these equipment are sectionalized by the gas by means of insulating spacers 45. The sections wherein these equipments are housed are filled with an insulation gas which is a mixed gas of 70% SF6 gas and 30% nitrogen gas or nearly 100% SF6 insulation gas, and the other sections are filled with an insulation gas which is a mixed gas of 10-30% SF6 and nitrogen gas for the rest part. By this method, the amount of SF6 gas for filling the gas insulation equipment can be significantly reduced.</p> |
