摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To radiate heat occurring on a bearing by a stator substrate and to improve gearing performance by directly fixing the sleeve of fluid bearing to an aluminum substrate. SOLUTION: A rotor boss 2 to which the rotating polygon mirror 10, a rotor magnet 4, and a rotor frame 3 are fixed is fixed to a rotary shaft 1 by shrinkage fit method, etc., so that a rotor 11 is constituted. The stator substrate 6 having the attaching part of a rotating polygon mirror driving device is the aluminum substrate whose heat conductivity is good, and a stator coil 13 obtained by providing a stator coil 9 generating an electromagnetic torque oppositely to the magnet 4 on a stator core 8 on which a magnetic body constituting a magnetic path with the magnet 4 is laminated, and a driving IC 15 operating the rotating polygon mirror driving device are mounted on the substrate; so that a stator 12 is constituted. A herringbone groove is formed on the inside diameter of the bearing 7, the fluid bearing is constituted, and the rotary shaft 1 is rotatably and pivotally supported. At this time, the bearing 7 is directly calked to the substrate 6.
