摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to prevent the excitation of a piezoelectric element from attenuating and to prevent the element from breaking by holding and fixing the piezoelectric element with a conductive adhesive agent or solder, and sealing the periphery of the piezoelectric element with a resin frame ring by compression bonding by the use of an ultrasonic wave. SOLUTION: The inside recession of a circular contour of a resin container 1 into which a piezoelectric element 2 is inserted is filled with a fixing adhesive agent 7, and a conductive adhesive agent 3 is applied to the inside of a circular molding frame of terminal wires 5 for connecting the piezoelectric element 2 electrically. After its hardening, a resin frame ring 6 is fixed with an ultrasonic wave, and the periphery of the piezoelectric element 2 is sealed. For example, one DNA chain is fixed to the surface of the piezoelectric element 2, and an complementary DNA chain is added in an aqueous solution, and the number of piezoelectric vibration is decreased according to the easiness of formation of the two chains. This measurement is performed in a physiological salt solution. This system makes it possible to pursue the formation of two chains by the nanorgam level easily without labelling DNAs chemically, and to detect the defects of the DNAs with a high sensitivity in a short time.
