PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply a highly accurate load current value, even if a load fluctuates due to the environment or the like. SOLUTION: A high voltage generated by a rectifier 21 is kept monitored by a voltage detection section 6 placed in the rectifier 21. The voltage detection section 6 converts a high output voltage into a detection signal level at low voltage and transmits a detection signal to a constant voltage control section 5. The constant voltage control section 5 keeps monitoring the detection signal and controls a switching section 3, so that a high output voltage generated by a step-up transformer 1 becomes a desired value. The direct current (load current) produced at the output section and passed through a load 10 is detected by a current detection section 9. A controller 20 keeps monitoring the load current value detected through the current detection section 9 and sequentially varies the set constant voltage value of the constant voltage control section 5, so that a desired direct current flows to the load 10. |
