PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stick a polarizing plate on a liquid crystal panel with high precision and to prevent an air bubble from being confined to between the both. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a liquid crystal panel fixation table 36 which sucks and holds the liquid crystal panel 20 with its polarizing plate stuck surface up, and a polarizing plate suction table 30 which is positioned above the liquid crystal panel fixation table 36 and has a suction hole 33 for suctionally holding the peripheral edge of the polarizing plate 21, a sticking chamber 31 whose area surrounded with the suction hole 33 is made open to the side of the liquid crystal panel fixation table 36, and a liquid expansion and contraction bag 32 stored in the sticking chamber 31 and expanding and contracting almost spherically at least on its side of the liquid crystal panel 20 when not restrained on the reverse surface, and the polarizing plate 21 is gradually pressed against the liquid crystal panel 2 from its center part to the peripheral part by the expansion of the liquid expansion and contraction bag 32 from its center part to the peripheral part. |
