<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out the positioning of the calking position of the steel pipe and the sleeve metal fitting of a hose connecting coupling accurately and simply. SOLUTION: This hose connecting coupling consists of a small diameter of steel pipe 10 having a specific thickness of round wall, and a sleeve metal fitting 20 of large diameter consisting of a thin wall steel plate. The steel pipe 10 furnishes an inserting end where the hose end of a hose can be inserted at one end; the first circular swelling 12 projecting from the outer peripheral surface of the steel pipe to the outer side in the diameter direction at the other end side of the inserting end; and the second circular swelling 13 projecting to the outer side in the diameter direction at its rear side, and formed in the diameter larger than the outer diameter of the swelling 12; while the sleeve metal fitting 20 furnishes a right cylindrical body 21; a collar 22 whose one end inner side is closed; and an assembly hole 23 which is formed in a concentric circle to the right cylindrical body 21, and its diameter is equal to or larger than the outer diameter of the swelling 12, and smaller than the outer diameter of the swelling 13. The right cylindrical body 21 is provided eccentric to the outer periphery of the inserting end and its collar 22 is abutting to the swelling 13, and the assembly hole 23 is calked in the condition held in a vally 15 between both swelling parts.</p> |
