<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smooth the winding action and prevent the line break of a cable, while supporting the increase of cost by enabling at least one part of cables on the second stage so as to absorb the shifting of the cable on the second stage in the radial direction of the winding by the shifting in the shifting end of a chain mechanism. SOLUTION: For a cable connected to a mobile part, a mobile end shifts along the circumference centering on an axis of rotation. Here, the changes in the lengths of the circular arcs of a cable 12 on the first stage and a cable 14 on the second stage at the time of the mobile end which rotated are absorbed by providing in advance a second cable support 15 on the second stage with a cut 15a. As a result, excessive force will not fall on the cables 12 and 14 at winding time, and the operation of a chain mechanism 2 will be obstructed. Therefore, the winding motion is performed smoothly, and the line breakage of the cables 12 and 14 are prevented also. Moreover, there is no need for providing each stage with a chain mechanism, so that the increase in the cost is suppressed.</p> |
