<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent noise due to power supply fluctuation that results from an interrupt request in the process of AD conversion, to eliminate a deterioration factor of conversion accuracy and also to reduce time for decision processing of the existence of an interrupt input by generating an interrupt flag during AD conversion when an interrupt signal occurs during an AD conversion operation. SOLUTION: Plural interrupt signals I are inputted to an interrupt controller 14, and when there is an input of more than one signals I, the controller 14 outputs an interrupt notification DI notifying that an interrupt input exists and communicates it to a CPU via an internal bus 15. Also, the controller 14 outputs an interrupt generation signal IC and supplies it to an AND gate 16. The gate 16 generates a conversion interrupt signal FS in response to the supply of the signal IC and AD conversion/standby signal AB and outputs it to a latch circuit 17. The circuit 17 latches the signal FS that is an output of the gate 16 in the process of AD conversion and outputs it as a conversion flag F.</p> |
