Internal marker for wood

The internal marker (1) is made from two distinct sections. The first section (5) is positioned inside the wood that is to be marked. The second section (6) is used to force the first into the internal area of the wood product. The two sections are connected one to the other by a one or many connecting grooves (8). These are formed at the time of manufacture of the marker by a thermal plastics injection method before being placed into the wood product.
