The invention concerns a transparent glass substrate coated with a thin deposit, based on silicon nitride, carbonitride, oxynitride or oxycarbonitride or a layer of thin deposits whereof the last one consists of said composition. In order to avoid said deposit being damaged during thermal treatment such as bending and/or tempering in contact with an atmosphere containing corrosive elements, the deposit is topped with a protective coating relative to this type of corrosion at high temperature and/or "doped" by introducing in its composition at least one metal. |
