PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the electrolyte holding performance and the charge and discharge cycle durability by including the solution composed of a copolymer, which includes polymerization unit based on fluoro-olefine and polymerization unit based on vinylether or arylether having oxyalkylene, as a matrix, a solute of lithium salt and the solvent, which can dissolve the lithium salt, in the electrolyte. SOLUTION: In a copolymer, polymerization unit based on fluoro-olefine and polymerization unit based on vinylether or arylether are desirably included at a ratio 10/90-97/3. The polymerization unit based on vinylether or arylether is expressed with a formula -(CXY-CZ((CH2 )aOR<1> ))-. In the formula, X, Y, Z separately means hydrogen atom, fluorine atom and chlorine atom, an R<1> means at east one oxyalkylene group having 1-22 carbon, and (a) is 0 or 1. As a solvent, carbonate is desirable. |
