PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a recycled paper whose surface is rough to be used by allowing a transfer pressure increasing means arranged at a position where a color other than some color is transferred to increase relative pressing force between a recording sheet and a transfer belt when an image forming action only by some color such as the black-and-white image forming action is executed. SOLUTION: When a black-and-white copied image is formed, the recycled paper whose surface is rough and the like can be used. When a monochromatic copying mode is selected from a control panel 100 by the user of a copying machine, it is received by the controller 54 of the transfer pressure increasing mechanism 50 so as to drive a cam driving device 53 arranged at the position where cyan, magenta and yellow other than black are transferred. As the result, the increasing mechanism 50 arranged at the position where cyan, magenta and yellow are transferred is set in such a state that strong transfer pressure is given. On the other hand, the increasing mechanism 50 arranged at the transfer position of black is set in such a state that the normal transfer pressure is given as it is. |
