PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need of recognizing generated report documents without the extraction omission of a disaster prevention unit and sum-up errors so as to improve work efficiency as in the conventional manner by generating a disaster prevention equipment design and automatically generating the report document of disaster prevention equipment based on information used for the disaster prevention equipment design. SOLUTION: When the generation of the report document is instructed by the operation of an input operation part 3, a report document generation part 13 being a report document generation means automatically generates the report document of disaster prevention equipment based on information required for deigning disaster prevention equipment used in the disaster prevention design. Thus, an automatic plotting processor 1 sets building information to the report document by the operation of the input operation part 3 by a building information setting part 10. A warning area belonging judgement part 11 judges the belonging disaster prevention units for warning areas in the disaster prevention equipment design and a use unit sum-up part 12 sums up the disaster units in the design and sums up the respective warning areas. Then, the report document of the disaster prevention unit is generated based on the processing results. |
