<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need of installing a group of registers exclusive for storing and holding ID codes by storing and holding the ID codes in the register group controlling the function of a semiconductor integrated circuit with reset signals from outside or the output signals of the register group. SOLUTION: The ID codes are stored and held in the group 8 of registers installed for controlling the function of the semiconductor integrated circuit with the signals from outside. Namely, the group 8 are that for controlling the function of the semiconductor integrated circuit and they can arbitrarily read/write data and it stores/holds the ID codes 0010 only by inputting the reset signals 9 by inputting the reset signals 9 to the Set or Reset terminals of the registers. In such a case, the ID codes are stored and held until different data is written into the group 8 after resetting since the ID codes are stored in the group 8 only at the time of resetting.</p> |
