<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize high speed operation and low power consumption without increase of circuit scale by connecting in series a pull-up transistor, a current mirror transistor, a gate transistor and a pull-down transistor between the power supply of a pair of current lines and the ground potential. SOLUTION: A latch type sense amplifier is formed by pull-up transistors 5, 6 and pull-down transistors 8, 9 with the source/drain respectively connected to a pair of current lines 10, 11 between the power supply and ground potential line and the gate connected to the other current lines 10, 11 and an N-type transistor 7 driven by an equalize signal/EQ. Moreover, a pair of P-type transistors 3, 4 are connected to the current mirror. In addition, a pair of N-type gate transistors 1, 2 are respectively connected to the current lines 10, 11 at the source and drain and receives the DL signal, /DL signal from the memory cell at the gate to drive in direct the current lines 10, 11.</p> |
