<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the system configuration and to prevent the occurrence of overflow/underflow. SOLUTION: A transmission speed conversion section 112 adds redundancy data with the length of a multiple of (N-1) of a prescribed length with respect to video data read from a storage medium 111 and transmits the result. An invalid data delete section 121 deletes the redundant data from the received data. A system clock recovery section 122 extracts a time stamp from the received data, from which the redundant data are eliminated to receiver the system clock. A decoder 123 uses the recovered system clock to decode the receiver data. An N-frame repeat section 124 outputs the decoded video signal repetitively for N times onto a display device 130 in units of one frame.</p> |
