PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PC structure which can judge an execution defect precisely in a grout construction, which can prevent the corrosion of a PC steel material due to the execution defect and which is rich in durability. SOLUTION: In a control method for grout by a grout monitoring sheath 3 in a grout construction, an optical fiber cable(OFC) 4 which is arranged inside the sheath 3 is connected to a temperature measuring means 5, a temperature inside the sheath 3 is measured by the temperature measuring means 5 before a grout material is injected into the sheath 3, its temperature distribution is recorded as an initial value T, and a temperature T' in an arbitrary time and in an arbitrary position inside the sheath 3 in the injection operation of the grout material is measured by the temperature measuring means 5 so as to be compared with the initial value T in real time. When a temperature differenceΔT is noticed between both temperatures T', T, the filling state of the grout material is judged to be good. When the temperature differenceΔT is not noticed, it is judged that the grout material is not filled.
