Manufacture of narrow veneer strips

The manufacturing process for producing narrow veneer strips comprises the following stages. The wood (1), constituted by one or more logs, to be reduced into strips is completely sawn up into a stack of cut wood planks (4). The thickness of the planks produced corresponding to the width of the veneer strips to be produced. The stack of cut wood is then clamped and then completely reduced into strips to form the veneer strips. The process enables the economic manufacture of veneer strips.
