摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve security function by determining the predetermined crossing points in such a manner that one of the signal lines other than the m-th line among the second signal line group formed by the 0-th to n-th signal lines crossing at least two kinds of address designating signals m to the first signal line group turns on. SOLUTION: A crossing point to provide a switching element 35 is determined so that when m (m is 0 to 7) is input as the address designating signals A0 to A2, a signal line other than the m-th line among the 0-th to n-th signal lines 330 to 337 in the second signal line group 33 becomes conductive selectively for the five kinds of address designating signals m=0, 1, 2, 4, 5. A gate electrode as the input terminal 35a of the control signal is connected to the first signal line near the relevant crossing point and the switching element itself is connected in series to the second signal line 33 near the relevant crossing point. Therefore, arrangement become irregular and the third party cannot analyze easily which signal line in the second signal group should turn on for the address designating signal.
