The cylinder (1) is formed by rotating cylinder with both ends counter bevelled at equal angles, which houses a rotary piston (4) with both ends bevelled in parallel, at angle equal to that of cylinder (1); the piston (4) has a joint (8) with at least three degrees of freedom attached to its base at the top, to which a shaft (9) with axis perpendicular to the cylinder (1) base is connected through an arm.
