<p>The invention concerns polymerisable monomer compositions, transparent polymer substrates, and resulting optical and ophthalmologic articles, comprising 30 to 100 % of monomers of formula: (I) in which: R1, R2, R' and R' represent, independently of one another, a hydrogen atom or a methyl radical, R¿a? and Rb, identical or different, represent each a C1-C10 alkyl group, provided that Ra and Rb do not simultaneously represent a methyl group and m and n are whole numbers satisfying the relationship 2 ≤ m + n ≤ 20; 0 to 70 % of at least another polymerisable monomer (II) comprising one or several (meth)acrylate functions, different from monomer (I), such that a transparent substrate resulting from polymerisation of the composition has a glass transition temperature satisfying the relationship 70 °C ≤ Tg ≤ 110 °C; and at least a polymerisation priming system. The invention is applicable to the manufacture of optical and ophthalmologic articles.</p> |
