A collapsible plastic box, which is formed in a single molded piece and which comprises a bottom wall (10) with its lateral edges hinging, through respective flexible membranes (20), the lower edges of two pairs of opposite lateral walls (40, 30), the first pair (40) being angularly displaceable between a box erected condition and a box collapsed condition, the second pair of opposite lateral walls (30) being angularly displaceable between a box erected condition and a box collapsed condition, each of the lateral edges of the walls (30) of one of said pairs of opposite lateral walls incorporating at least one locking means (35, 36), which is fitted in a lock receiving means (45, 46, 47) provided at the adjacent marginal portion of a lateral wall (40) of the other pair. In the box collapsed condition, said first pair of walls rest on the bottom wall and said second pair of walls rest under the bottom wall.
