FIELD: mining machinery and equipment. SUBSTANCE: this is intended for crushing rock and can be used in skimmer combinations. Cutting member of skimmer has body which carries cutters installed in cutter holders. Secured behind upper cutter in horizontal plane is additional cutter at distance from main cutter not larger than 100 mm. Length of additional cutter is less than length of main cutter by half-length of hard insert. Aforesaid embodiment of cutting member allows for increasing its wear resistance.
