PURPOSE:To prevent a shutter from running on the collar part of a through bushing by providing a through bushing rib, which has an inclined side, between a through bushing mounting part and a through bushing collar part. CONSTITUTION:A through bushing rib, which has an inclined side, is provided between a through bushing mounting part 4b and a through bushing collar part 4a. And, by this through bushing rib 4c, a shutter 6 is guided smoothly when the shutter 6 to close the through bushing 4 shifts. Hereby, it can be made so that the shutter 6 may not run on the through bushing collar part 4a due to the variation of dimensions of the shutter 6 or the deformation of the shutter 6. |
