<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a door from being locked in an unnecessary case by constituting a door lock device for vehicle so that the operation state and inoperative state of an automatic door lock due to the detection of car speed can be selected. CONSTITUTION:When an auto/manual selecting switch 14 is turned-ON, an automatic door lock due to the detection of car speed is put into operation state. In this case, a controller 13 judges that the car speed becomes over a prescribed value, from the car speed signal supplied from a car speed sensor 11. When the car speed increases over the prescribed value, the controller 13 locks a door by a door lock actuator 12. When the selecting switch 14 is turned OFF, the automatic door lock due to the detection of car speed is put into inoperative state. Accordingly, even if the car speed becomes over the prescribed value, the door is prevented from being automatically locked.</p> |
