FIELD: flaw detection. SUBSTANCE: device has vibration signal pickup provided with matching facility and measuring unit. Matching facility is connected to the first input of scaling amplifier connected through low-pass filter and compensated rectifier to diagonally opposite pair of terminals of resistive bridge and to indicator of relation of signal amplitude value to its root-mean-square value. One link of resistive bridge includes thermally-dependent detector. Diagonally opposite pair of bridge terminals is connected through controller to the second control input of scaling amplifier and to input of measuring converter which converts control signal to parameter signal of root-mean-square value at the first input of scaling amplifier. EFFECT: provision for flaw detection at early stage, simplified construction. 5 dwg
