发明名称 METHOD DETERMINING RESIDUAL STRESSES
摘要 FIELD: determination of residual stresses in axially symmetric articles after working, specifically, in bars and wire after plastic deformation. SUBSTANCE: axial residual stress in surface layer of article is found by known experimental method. Its value is used to determine distribution of residual stresses around section of article by means of following mathematical dependencies: <EMI ID=0.176 HE=12 WI=30 TI=CHI>, <EMI ID=0.177 HE=12 WI=27 TI=CHI>, sigma<SB>z</SB> = sigma<CHF>*@z</CHF>(2r<SP>2</SP>-1), where sigma<SB>theta</SB>, sigma<SB>r</SB>, sigma<SB>z</SB> are correspondingly tangential, radial and axial residual stresses; sigma<CHF>*@z</CHF> is value of axial residual stress in surface layer of article; ?? is Poisson's ratio of material of article; r is dimensionless radial coordinate.
