FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: gear is intended to determine percentage if insoluble water in such technical fluids as oil. It can be used in lubricating and cooling systems of turbines, compressors, in purification systems including automated ones. Vessel 1 is fitted with heater 2 put on its outer surface, inlet pipe union 3, outlet pipe union 5 and membrane 6. Membrane is linked to converter 7 of mechanical vibrations to electric signal. Converter is connected in series with resonance amplifier 8, detector 9 and input a of signal electronic processing unit 10. Controlling input b of signal electronic processing unit 10 is connected to timer 11 and output c of this unit is linked to indicator 12. EFFECT: capability to conduct uninterrupted automatic proximate monitoring, increased authenticity of determination of percentage of insoluble water in technical fluids. 5 cl, 4 dwg
