COMPOSITION FOR FIBROUS HEAT- AND SOUND-INSULATION MATERIAL AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THEREOF

FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: material is manufactured by preliminarily crumbling paper and board garbage (68.6-79.2 wt %) to elementary fibers 2-3 mm long, mixing fibers with boric acid (2.44-7.2%) for 3- 10 s, and preparing mixture of gypsum production waste (0.07-0.29%) and borax (6.5-8.65%) by stirring for 60-80 s, after which the two mixtures are agitated with gassing filler (calcium sulfate semihydrate and gassing agent at ratio 7.5:1)(9.59-11.96%), and filler (1.98-3.52%) for 5-10 s. Resultant composition is applied on surface to be protected using spraying technique. Simultaneously, adhesive agent is injected with compressed air.
