FIELD: plastic surgery. SUBSTANCE: leather-fat tape is cut off from underlying tissues and tubular fold is formed by means of thin wire led over perimeter of future flap. Restriction of its feeding is accomplished by stitching through its sides with subcutaneous suture. EFFECT: ensured low- bleeding of operation without skin cuts and scars on skin. 2 dwg
