摘要 FIELD: measurement technology, measurement of temperature of heated articles, production of rolled products, forging, manufacture of articles in construction industry. SUBSTANCE: digital energy pyrometer has lens, photoconverter, electronic information processing circuit, photocurrent amplifier. Information processing circuit incorporates commutator, Schmitt flip-flop, differential amplifier, clock pulse generator. Two peak detectors are connected to output of photocurrent amplifier. Inputs of differential amplifier are connected to peak detectors. Differential amplifier is linked to first input of two-input commutator and output of one peak detector connected with common point to power supply bus is linked to its second input. Integrator is coupled to output of commutator. Output of integrator is connected to Schmitt flip-flop which output is linked to first input of flip-flop. Clock pulse generator is connected to frequency divider whose output is connected to light emitting diode. Light emitting diode controls input of commutator and second input of flip-flop. Output of flip-flop is connected to controlling input of key. Key connects clock pulse generator with pulse counter. Such design of pyrometer makes it possible to exclude mechanical and optical mobile parts from its mix which enhances accuracy of temperature measurements.
