PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an easily disposable base material capable of holding waste, etc., for a long time and dissolving or dispersing it in water when discarded and useful for wound dressing, etc., by laminating a water-impermeable polymer on the surface of a sheet obtained by treating water-dispersing paper under specific conditions. SOLUTION: This easily disposable base material is obtained by laminating a water-impermeable polymer such as vinyl acetate-vinyl chloride-methyl methacrylate terpolymer to the side of a sheet obtained by passing water- dispersible paper which is water-soluble paper and has <=100 sec looseness defined by JIS P 4501 through a nip part formed between metal rolls under 200-3,500 kg/cm linear pressure. Furthermore, a readily disposable container is preferably prepared so as to have the water-impermeable polymer laminating face inside. |
