PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain seizure resistance and abrasion resistance by forming an intermediate layer mainly composed of specified metal group base material or metal acid salt, and a sliding contact layer containing solid lubricant selected from specified materials. SOLUTION: An intermediate layer contains, as main components, aluminum, iron group base material, tin, copper or metal acid salt. A sliding contact layer contains solid lubricant selected from thermosetting resin, molybdenum disulfide and graphite. The intermediate layer satisfactorily keeps sliding performance when the sliding contact layer is abraded. The thermosetting resin coated over the intermediate layer is fluidized together with the solid lubricant, and transferred from a low load area of a swash plate to its high load area by shooting. At this time, it is in press-contact with a transferring area where a film is abraded. The molybdenum disulfide mainly improves seizure resistance in a dry state. The graphite mainly improves seizure resistance and abrasion resistance under oil lubrication. The thermosetting resin is utilized for the association with solid lubricant, while securing interlayer strength of a film and adhesion to a lower base. |
