PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discriminate a locked state and a released state of a locking device without demodulating and decoding an answer back signal in a portable machine. SOLUTION: Whether or not a locking device 33 is under a locked state or a released state is detected by a locked-state detecting switch 31 in an on-car machine 3, and a locking acknowledge signal or a releasing acknowledge signal is transmitted from a transmission circuit 29 in response to the detection of the switch 31. Both the locking acknowledge signal and the releasing acknowledge signal are carrier waves, and the timing of on-off is made to differ mutually. When the locking acknowledge signal or the releasing acknowledge signal is received by a reception circuit 12, the signal is output to a driver circuit 16 without demodulation and decoding, and a display section 17 is lit. The acknowledgement of the locked state or the acknowledgement of the released state is discriminated by the method of the lighting of the display section 17. |
