摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably feed powder even when the operation is made at the point drifted from the designed point by estimating the solid-gas ratio from the total pressure loss of the blowing-in line to the feed destination from a blowing-in tank, and determining the conveying gas quantity based on the estimated solid- gas ratio and the powder blowing-in quantity. SOLUTION: The total output powder quantity SVt of a weight converter 71 is divided by the number (n) of blowing tuyeres with a divider 92 to obtain the blowing-in quantity target value SVi for one transportation pipe in a control device 90. The pre-tuyere pressure Pf at the outlet of a pre-tuyere pressure converter 15 is subtracted from the INJ tank pressure Pi of the output of a tank pressure converter 15 with a subtractor 94 to obtain the total pressure lossΔP. The blowing-in quantity target value SVi of the output of the divider 92 is divided by the solid-gas ratio obtained in response to the total pressure lossΔP with an arithmetic unit 96 to obtain the conveyance gas quantity target value SVg for one transportation pipe. An adjustment is made with a conveyance gas flow adjusting meter 63 so that the actual conveyance gas flow of a conveyance gas flow meter 72 coincides with the target value SVg.
