<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bonded structure in which an embedding member comprising a metal containing molybdenum is embedded in a ceramic member and in which the embedding member embedded in the ceramic member is bonded to a metal bonding member, capable of preventing the generation of the erosion, insulation failure, etc., of the embedding member, even when the bonded structure is operated at a high temperature range for a long time and exposed to air, etc. SOLUTION: A portion of a metal member 3 is exposed to a bonding surface 4a brought into the bonding layer 12 of a ceramic member 1 to form an exposed metal portion, and the ceramic member 1 and the exposed metal portion are bonded to a metal bonding member 7 along the bonding surface 4a through the bonding layer 12. The main component of the bonding layer 12 is one or more kinds of metals selected from the group consisting of gold, platinum and palladium.</p> |
