<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technique able to realize a countermeasure of vibration in a rack shaft by reducing a cost. SOLUTION: A motor-driven power steering device 1 is constituted such that in one side surface of one end part of a rack shaft 5 extended in a car width direction, a rack tooth is formed, a pinion is meshed with this rack tooth, in a back side of a surface formed with the rack tooth of the rack shaft, a rack guide 50 extruding this back is mounted, a screw part 5b is formed in the other end part of the rack shaft, in this screw part, a nut of a ball screw 9 is mounted, through this nut, assist torque in accordance with steering torque is added to the rack shaft. In this case, in an intermediate part of the rack shaft, a bush 75 supporting the rack shaft, when it is deflected by a prescribed value, is arranged.</p> |
