PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the manufacture of a hinge-like component and permit the reduction of the number of parts. SOLUTION: A hinge-like component is manufactured employing a die 9 constituted of a stationary mold 9a and a movable mold 9b. The die 9 is provided with a first cavity 10, coping with the configuration of a component main body 2, and a second cavity 11, coping with the configuration of a lid 3. The movable mold 9b is provided with a slide core 13 projectable at a position coping with the tip end part in the second cavity 11. Resin is poured from a primary molding gate 14 into the second cavity 11 to mold the lid 3, having a hole, through injection molding. Subsequently, the slide core is retreated from the inside of the hole. Then, the component main body 2 is molded through injection molding to mold the same in a state where the shaft part of the component main body 2 is fitted into the hole of the lid 3. |
