PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent optical distortion like an effect of a lens produced in the edge region of a recessed part by applying a transparent auxiliary film on a recessed region formed in a functional film of a laminated window glass in such a manner that the thickness of the auxiliary film is substantially same as that of the functional film and that the auxiliary film is overlapped on the edge part of the recessed part in a certain area. SOLUTION: The overlapping is preferably performed in such a manner that by the cross-sectional view, the auxiliary film ends at most 10 mm distance inside of the edge of the recessed part. The production of the laminated glass is easy when a same material or similar materials are used for the base film and the auxiliary film. The laminated window glass consists of glass plates 1, 2, thin film layers 5, 6 such as PVB between the glass plates, and a functional film 3 such as PET having a thin film structure 8 between the thin films 5, 6. A recessed part 4 is formed in the center of the film 3, where a transparent auxiliary polyester film without having a thin film structure is applied in such a manner that the whole periphery of the auxiliary film is a little overlapped on the film 3. |
