<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the plastic load at the forming time and to stabilize the shape precision after deforming plastically. SOLUTION: A plate blank 1 of the wall thickness of a prescribed dimension is used, the plate blank 1 is pressed with a half spherical forming punch 7 formed on an upper die to a half spherical recessing part 13 formed on a lower die 5 and a half spherical forming part is formed, after then, the half spherica forming part is formed in a drop-through shoe shaped body with a drop-through punch 9 installed on the upper die 3, and further the shoe shaped body is worked plastically.</p> |
