PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the non-oriented electrical sheet having an excellent low Si magnetic characteristic by composing of the specified composition of C, Si, Mn, S, sol.Al, Zr and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities and satisfying the specified relation in the weight ratio of the composition of the composite inclusion consisting of sulfide and oxide in steel. SOLUTION: This sheet is composed of, by weight, <=0.01% C, 0.01-1.5% Si, 0.01-1% Mn, moreover >=S%×10, 0-0.035% S, <=1% sol.Al, <0.002% Zr and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities. Further, the weight ratio of the composition of the composite inclusion consisting of sulfide and oxide in steel is made to satisfy three relations shown as follows. ([S]/[Al2 O3 ])<1, ([ZrO2 ]/[Al2 O3 ])<1, ([MnO]/[SiO2 ])<1. However, the chemical symbol inside []expresses the weight ratio occupying in the composite inclusion by %. |
