PRODUCTION OF LAMINATED BLOCK FOR MANUFACTURE OF LAMINATE, AND PRODUCING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a laminated block by which it is possible to laminate the block in a short time cycle. SOLUTION: A sheet-like synthetic resin material 2 and an insulating medium plate 3 are alternately sandwiched between metal bands 1 by drawing a long strap-like metal band 1 from a reel 8 and replicating the band 1 while stacking the sheet-like synthetic resin material 2 and the insulating medium plate 3 alternately. Further, the metal band 1, the sheet-like synthetic resin material 2 and the insulating medium plate 3 are laminated in a multistage fashion to produce the laminated block. The method for producing the laminated block includes a step to draw the metal band 1 from the reel 8 and supply the band 1 to the surface of an operating table 7 for lamination while replicating the band 1 with the installation of a supply part at two spots for supplying the insulating medium late 3 on the operating table 7 for lamination in the same direction as a direction in which the metal band 1 is supplied to the operating table 7, and a step to supply the insulating medium plate 3 to the operating table 7 alternately from the two supply parts and stack the insulating medium plate 3 on the metal band 1 on the operating table 7. These two steps are performed through a common sequential process to produce the laminated block.
