PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition remarkably improved in force capable of suppressing attachment of stain in freezing cycle by compounding an oxygen-containing compound with a specific ether compound. SOLUTION: This composition comprises an oxygen-containing compound selected from (A) a hexahydric ether alcohol compound of formula I (R<1> to R<6> are each a 1-14C straight-chain alkyl, etc.), etc., (B) a carbonate compound of formula II [R<9> and R<10> are each a 2-4C straight-chain alkylene, etc.; R<11> is H, phenyl, etc.; (a) and (b) are each an integer of 0-50; (A) is a mono- to hexahydric 6-24C phenol residue, etc., (c) is an integer of 1-6; B is a 1-12C straight-chain alkyl, etc.; (d) is an integer of 0-6] and (C) a polyvinyl ether compound having a constituent unit of formula III [R<12> to R<14> are each H, etc.; R<15> is a 1-12C straight-chain alkyl, etc.; (e) is an integer of 1-50] and (D) a compound of formula IV [R<16> is a 1-36C hydrocarbon; R<17> is H, etc.; (m) and (n) are each 0-50 and (m+n) is 1-100]. The composition has >=1×10<13>Ωcm volume resistivity at 25 deg.C. |
