PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an adhesive composition, usable for a transparent tacky film or a translucent tacky film, etc., capable of reflecting external light and excellent in all aspects of adhesion, transparency, foaming and heat resistances, etc. SOLUTION: This adhesive composition is obtained by mixing (A) a copolymer, prepared by copolymerizing 100 pts.wt. alkyl (meth)acrylate monomer having 1-12 carbon atoms in an alkyl group with 0.5-10 pts.wt. copolymerizable unsaturated monomer containing carboxyl group and having >=800,000 weight- average molecular weight with (B) a styrene-based or anα-methylstyrene-based tackifying resin in an amount of 0.5-15 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. component A and has 0.1-5% value of haze when formed into a film. The transparent tacky film is obtained by applying the adhesive composition onto a transparent polymeric film. |
