PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a molding having satisfactory surface properties by discharging to sag a parison, closing a mold, cooling the mold until the molding becomes removable while blowing the mold, opening the mold, laminating the parison on a preform, and executing blow molding in the same mold. SOLUTION: A mold is opened, a resin sheet S is sag by a roll 20 by opposing the mold 8 to a mold cavity surface, and softly fixed. A suction fan 14 is operated to suck the sheet S and the air on a surface of the mold via a vent hole 8b and to blow the air of high temperature and high pressure from an air inlet 8c of the mold 8 to preform the sheet S in a shape along the mold molding surface of the mold (fixed mold) 8. The mold is opened, a parison P is discharged and sag from a die head 2 of a blow molding machine 1 while the sheet S is being fixed to the mold 8. The sheet S is fusion bonded integrally with the parison P, laminated and blow molded. |
